Machining

In the machining drive we own standard and CNC machines.
We perform processing stated below:

Production of tools for plastic injection

We offer fabrication tools for plastic injection with one or more nests, with a classic or hot casting. By customer request we install the hot nozzle and blocks (HASCO, MEUSBURGER, HALDER...)

Production of tools for processing metals by deforming

We offer fabrication tools for penetrating, cutting, bending and drawing metal sheets or strips of the bundle. Materials sheets can be brass, aluminum, steels, spring steels, and stainless steel. Tools can be combined for different types of deformation with multiple steps.

Production of installation machines and accessories

We perform the construction and development of ancillary tools and machines for automation of the manufacturing process, and at the request of the customer (the lug of the tape feeders, the machine for cutting and stripping of cables, conveyors, packaging machines). Devices may be in mechanical, electrical or pneumatic drive.

Production of plastic products

In the facility for the production of plastic products, we have plastic injection machines type BOY,ARBURG, HAI TAI I BATENFELD capacity of 50-500grams, with dryers for drying plastic and a mill for grinding plastic waste. We make plastic products with the insertion of metal parts (plugs, screws….)

Production of metal products

The plant has hydraulic and excenter presses of up to 40t. Presses can have a lug and tape feeders. We have a number of small specialty presses with electrical or pneumatic drive for smaller pieces.
